The 2-Tier Divide & Conquer® Flexible Cooking System allows you to cook different foods at different temperatures simultaneously, giving you greater control and versatility. Combined with the Kontrol Tower™ top vent and built-in thermometer, you can manage airflow and temperature with precision throughout your cook.

Designed for durability and ease of use, the Big Joe II features an advanced multi-panel firebox to reduce the risk of cracking, along with a slide-out ash drawer for quick and easy clean-up.
