Powered by three patented stainless steel Dual-Tube™ burners delivering 8.8kW of cooking power, the Royal™ 390 Shadow provides even heat across the cooking surface for reliable results every time. A 2.7kW side burner offers additional space for preparing sauces and side dishes, while the 4.4kW rear rotisserie burner and included premium mains-powered rotisserie kit make it easy to cook whole chickens and larger joints of meat.

The rugged Therma-Cast™ aluminium cook box is paired with Broil King's stainless steel Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system, which vapourises cooking juices to enhance flavour while helping to reduce flare-ups. Heavy-duty Flav-R-Cast™ cast iron cooking grids retain heat exceptionally well, producing excellent sear marks and consistent cooking performance.
